We have to tell those of you who visit our website we LOVE Corvallis and specialize in the Corvallis Real Estate market. ! We like the many activities associated with the University! We LOVE Beaver football and other sports, as well as access to theater and concerts. Corvallis has a small vital downtown core with shopping and many fine eateries. We also have large and reassuring medical community at hand. The Corvallis real estate market is enhanced by the fact that Corvallis is ahead of most of the country in environmental concerns and land use planning. Hiking/biking/horseback riding  trails surround us due to OSU owned McDonald and Dunn Forests and the Willamette National Forest. The city also has numerous areas set aside for walking trails. We have two excellent golf courses, soccer leagues, riding stables, Corvallis Aquatic Team for the kids and so much more.

Corvallis homes and neighborhoods are an hour and one half drive from the beautiful Oregon Coast where you can fish, sightsee, shop or take a short drive down to Bandon for world-class golfing. A 2 hour drive up I-5 to Portland (Oregon’s largest city) will reward you with great shopping, the zoo, OMSI, theater, art museums and more. A three hour drive will take you over the Cascade Mountains and into the high desert country of Central and Eastern Oregon (our old stomping grounds) where there is hiking, hunting, fishing and championship golf courses at Sunriver, Black Butte and Eagle Crest. Lest we forget, Corvallis is surrounded with wineries, many of whom have won international awards for their products.
